I used to think all calories were the same.

That it didn’t matter what I ate, as long as I kept it within my macros or calorie count.
Low-fat yogurt? Good.
100-calorie snack packs? Even better.

Wrong.
Dead wrong.

The truth is, most of what we call “food” today is filler.

It’s chemically designed in labs, not grown in soil.
